Pencoedtre High School Redevelopment – 

£34 Million Project

 

We were proud to be part of the £34 million redevelopment of Pencoedtre High School in Barry. Designed to accommodate up to 1,250 students by 2026, the new campus features a three-story main building with a dining hall, main hall, courtyard, and sixth-form area. The site also includes an all-weather sports pitch and games courts, providing top-tier facilities for students.

The new school was built south of the existing building, which will be demolished once the transition is complete.
